Vatican's Modern Latin Dictionary

Has anyone looked at or bought the Vatican’s Dictionary of Modern Latin? I’m afraid I can’t remember the exact name of it, but I do remember that it was expensive. Is it a decent buy?

I’ve seen the brief list on the Vatican’s website and with an Italian dictionary I’m able to make some use of it…I wasn’t sure if the printed copy had English translations or was stricly Italian-Latin.

It’s called “Lexicon recentis Latinitatis”. The edition I bought is a hard cover (with the definitions in German) and was only 12 euros.
