Since we seem to have the ability to post photos here, I thought I’d take a stab at starting a thread dedicated to pictures members have taken at various ancient sites. Maybe I’m weird, but I love other people’s travel photos, and I’m hoping to see some interesting stuff and hear some good travel stories.
I’ll kick it off with a pic of myself at the theatre in Palmyra, Syria. I snuck in some site seeing (on my own nickel, not the employer’s) after teaching a course on decision making to some Canadian visa officers at the embassy in Damascus about four years ago.
