Google books has a generous serving of it here: https://www.google.com/books/edition/De_Rerum_Natura/mUsQtrxbfxIC?hl=en&gbpv=1&dq="rebus+reddunda"&pg=PA205&printsec=frontcover
Lately I’ve been reading Augustine, which prompted me to study Cicero’s de natura deorum. That in turn reminded me of Lucretius, de rerum natura, which I studied some years ago. Reopening my LCL copy, I ran into some difficulties that were solved by a a google search that called up Leonard & Smith. The Leonard and Smith book has a full text, and copious notes, including grammatical notes, which I do need. A quick study of the google books sample persuaded me to buy the book.
Leonard and Smith published in the 1940s, which induced some caution. But if interested, there is enough in the google books sample to help you decide if the book would help you.
