sunt ???

hi,
I’m a doing my first year of latin so this will be very elementary to you all.

I am stumped with trying to translate one word in this sentence:

Pericula belli non sunt parua

Everything is ok except I can’t work out ‘sunt’ :open_mouth: . any help would be really appreciated..

That is the third person plural of the irregular verb esse “to be”. Sunt means “(they) are”.
