Hello.
Does anyone know of spoken Latin for beginners that could be downloaded to my computer? I’d like to be able to listen to the language being spoken. I don’t have a Pod receiver (I’m not very technical so don’t know what they’re called).

Hello, Penny! I have a few recordings I’ve made, which you can find on my website (link below). There are some more of mine floating around too. I’ve recorded the first part of the Cena Trimalchionis (there are more coming! I swear, guys! ), and there’s also a translation and recitation of Who’s On First, the Abbot and Costello sketch. These aren’t necessarily for beginners, though. Otherwise, I enjoy holding seminars with folks such as yourself teaching them the basics of spoken Latin.
Try the Adler lessons at Latinum Podcast, or other beginning lessons from the same site. Bonam viam sequeris. You are following the right path.
