Saving music downloaded with Quicktime

Ave.

If I download music that uses Quicktime, can I save it so that I don’t have to download it every time that I want to listen to it?

May God pay you back with many children.

Salue! Do you have Quicktime Pro?

Hola, Bardo. Com estàs?

I suppose you intend to save to your computer a file that plays with the Quicktime player in your browser?
Well, if so, you need to look in your cache.
If using Internet Explorer, go to Tools>Internet Options>Settings>View Files.
Simply look for the file there. Try to order them by extension, or name if you know it, and it should pretty straightforward locating it.
Once you find it, right-click it, and select “Copy”. Then paste it anywhere on your hard-drive.

Well, I assume this is what you want to do. Hehe… If not, elaborate on what you truly wish to do, and we’ll go on from there. :sunglasses:

Thanks, Lucus. No, I don’t have the Pro (I’m afraid of what comes next).

.

Olé tu sandunga, Filius. That’s exactly what I want to do; I knew my eloquence was wanting when I posted the question. I haven’t tried it yet because I had some computer issues yesterday (damn ZoneAlarm Security Suite), but your solution sounds right.

By the way, you need to learn Caló to speak Spanish with any flair and salero. Until then, you will be a desaborío.

Why would he want to talk like a gypsy? :S

Ah, no worries about Pro; it appears noster Filius Lunae knows best in these matters (very interesting, Fili! do you know how one manages that on Safari?). Pro just would have made it very easy, that’s all.

Para que no acabe tan soso como tú, chiquillo de mi alma.

Soso?

… A mi no me parece que los gitanos hablen muy bonito…

I’m sure that the angels do the St. Vitus dance induced by Stendhal’s Syndrome every time they hear your mellifluous voice, Yhevhe.

“… gypsy?” (Yhevhe)

Proper names get capitalized in English.

Salve, Luce!
I’ve never used Safari, but I would imagine that the concept is the same: simply locate your cache. So go into the help files and figure out where on your computer (i.e. which folder) it caches your internet files. Then, you could copy and paste it, like I said before.

Bardo, ¡gracias por la página! La he leído toda.
Pero… dudo que se me vea o escuche en los próximos meses hablando como gitano. Hehe…
