Rendering ἀϰωςόπολις or ἀκωςόπολις?

I am having difficulty determining the single word with a ligature - ἀϰωςόπολις or ἀκωςόπολις?. It looks like it’s atributable to Aristotle. Perhaps the ligature isn’t ως?
