Probably most of you have already gotten this through the round of forwards that flood the world, but I thought it was cute; my brother sent me an email with the following “Latin phrases.” (I wonder how many of them the ancient Romans actually used?) :laughing:

Where did your brother find this phrases?

A friend emailed them to him; he passed them on to me because he knew 1) I liked funny things, and 2) I was studying Latin. I have no idea where his friend got them from…

Shouldn’t it be videtur? “Whatever be said in Latin seems deep” or is it another verb…i.e to sound :laughing:

It should be vobiscum. The Latin is pretty good but someone made a lot of spelling errors.
