Quid nunc?, Quid tunc?, Et nunc? or Ac tunc?

I am trying to translate an expression from Portuguese “e agora, José?”, it would word of word equate to “And now Joe?”, it actually means something like “what will be of you, poor fellow?”, “what then, you sad thing?” or even “What now, genius?”

quidnam? could come close. Or Greek τί δέ; τάλαν.
