What does “Deus ex Crapula” mean?

looks like a play off of the famous expression “deus ex machina”. My dictionary says that “crapula” means drunkenness or a hangover. Not sure whether that person is trying to be funny or profound… I think they failed in either case.

Looks strange, doesn’t it? I cannot figure out the meaning just from a literal translation. I’m using Cassell’s and WW’s online Words dictionaries.
