Present participle in past sentence?

I want to say
No one saw Lucia leaving home.
Nēmō Lūciam domō discentem vīdit.
This is a present participle describing past action, do I need to use a past participle?
How do I say this?
Thank you

discedentem

Present participle is fine because it refers to the time of the observer in the main clause.

Thank you that makes sense.
Ah yes, discēdentem, thank you
