"Praeco Latinus" accessible from US?

While searching the Internet for information about Arcadius Avellanus I stumbled upon a (probably short lived) Latin periodical edited by him, the Praeco Latinus. Some editions have been scanned, as can be seen from the following Google-books entries:

According to the publication dates these should be in the public domain (in the US and probably anywhere else). Still, they cannot be downloaded from Europe. As I know that this seems to be mainly a problem of copyright validation (for countries outside of the US), not of anyone really holding a copyright, I was wondering, whether these books can be downloaded inside the US. And if that were the case, could anyone do so and then upload them on 4shared or something like that.

Not exactly what you asked for but the volumes are accessible online here and here.

At one point I had started downloading each page and making a pdf file but I soon stopped and read it online.

These lines from Act 1, scene 2

Yond Cassius has a lean and hungry look,
He thinks too much: such men are dangerous.

are translated by Henricus Denison (thank you, Carolus Raeticus!) thus:

Cassius iste aspectu macro nimis aridoque est.
Cogitat nimis. Tales cavendi sunt.

Six months ago I jotted down the following lines quoted in some old textbook whose name I have since completely forgotten:

Jejûnam speciem praebet mihi Cassius ille;
Côgitat assiduê: tâlês sunt saepe timendi.

I’m guessing they come from the missing part of C.W. Goodchild’s version (Praeco Latinus).

Can’t wait for the full version to reappear!
