Pluperfect Indicative Middle/Passive of ἀλλάττω

My apologies in advance for reproducing false information (if it’s wrong), but this is the only online paradigm I could find for this verb (Wikipedia is usually very good about supplying complete paradigms but it doesn’t give the pluperfect for ἀλλάττω.):

Pluperfect Indicative Middle/Passive of ἀλλάττω
Person Singular Plural
1st ἠλλαγμήν (I had been changed) ἠλλαγμένοι ἦμεν (we had been changed)
2nd ἠλλαγμένος ἦς (you had been changed) ἠλλαγμένοι ἦτε (you all had been changed)
3rd ἠλλαγμένος ἦν (he/she/it had been changed) ἠλλαγμένοι ἦσαν (they had been changed)

According to my textbook, the periphrasis consisting of the perfect middle/passive participle and the third plural present of εἰμί is used in the third plural to avoid three consecutive consonants. That’s certainly true, but I don’t think that solution is used in every instance other than the first person, though, as in the above (dubious) paradigm.

Can anybody please give me a link to the full conjugation of ἀλλάττω or correct the above paradigm if it’'s wrong?

For ἠλλαγμήν you mean ἠλλάγμην (accent).

Periphrasis less likely in parts other than 3 pl., but possible in others.

3 sing. ἤλλακτo perhaps likelier than ἤλλαγκτo
For 2 sing. I’d predict ἤλλαγξο, pl. ἤλλαγχθε, but perhaps reduced, cf. 3 sing.

I’d expect some variability. Check behavior of πράττω?
