Plato, Phaedo, 83c. pronoun difficulties

Context. Socrates thinks that the soul is trapped inside the body, and that this causes a great evil. An interlocutor has asked Socrates to identify this evil.

ὅτι ψυχὴ παντὸς ἀνθρώπου ἀναγκάζεται ἅμα τε ἡσθῆναι σφόδρα ἢ λυπηθῆναι ἐπί τῳ καὶ ἡγεῖσθαι περὶ ὃ ἂν μάλιστα τοῦτο πάσχῃ, τοῦτο ἐναργέστατόν τε εἶναι καὶ ἀληθέστατον, οὐχ οὕτως ἔχον:

I need help understand the relationship of the pronouns in this part of the quotation:

καὶ ἡγεῖσθαι περὶ ὃ ἂν μάλιστα τοῦτο πάσχῃ, τοῦτο ἐναργέστατόν τε εἶναι

Especially thes: περὶ ὃ ἂν . . . τοῦτο πάσχῃ, τοῦτο

I want them to mean something like this translationese:

regarding what-thing (ὃ )that (τοῦτο) he experiences, that-thing (τοῦτο)

I don’t have a clear idea how the pronouns work in Greek.

That’s nearly it, Hugh, but the first τουτο is the object of πασχῃ. “… thinking, concerning what he most intensely experiences this (i.e. pleasure or pain), that this is both …., “ The second τουτο picks up the ὅ of the prior clause.
It may feel real but it’s not.
