I should probably just set this text aside and come to back to it but it’s bugging me now:

ἀλλ᾽ ἀπορίᾳ μὲν ἑάλωκα, οὐ μέντοι λόγων, ἀλλὰ τόλμης καὶ ἀναισχυντίας καὶ τοῦ μὴ ἐθέλειν λέγειν πρὸς ὑμᾶς τοιαῦτα οἷ᾽ ἂν ὑμῖν μὲν ἥδιστα ἦν ἀκούειν…

I don’t seem to be able to parse the relative clause οἷ᾽ ἂν ὑμῖν μὲν ἥδιστα ἦν ἀκούειν satisfactorily. Does οἷ᾽ agree with λόγοι understood? Is ἥδιστα adverbial or neuter plural? A full explication of the clause would be much appreciated, thanks, Greek keeps getting lost in the shuffle…

τoiαυτα is the object of λεγειν and the antecedent of οἷ᾽ (elision for οἷα).

ηδιστα is neuter plural, in agreement with τοιαυτα οια.

ην is of course singular in concord with its neuter plural subject οια. αν . . . ην is the apodosis of a contrary to fact condition.

“my unwillingness to say to you such things as would be sweetest for you to hear [if I said them]”
