No, at least according to LSJ when δράω takes two accusatives it means “do something x to y”. Greek verbs are tricky, since you can’t assume that two verbs with similar meaning take the same types of arguments. So ποιέω could have worked the way you assume δράω works here.
By the way, it would be much better if you copied the quotes from Perseus rather than typing them. The wrong diacritics really put me off.
