While I can appreciate in theory the euphony and historical accuracy of the Restored Attic, I have to say that I find both readers’ basic Erasmian easier to understand.

Conlon’s digest of the Iliad

seems to me to have the added benefit of being true.

The audio is indeed excellent and very clear but unfortunately the difficulty level is far to great for me still.
