Other meanings of habeo?

I take this to mean “How fares your foot today?”

My question is other than have/hold/posess which equates with teneo what other meanings are implicit with Habeo?

for instance could I use habeo to talk about the weather like How’s the weather where you are? or How fares your mother?

Habeo also means “to think”, like the English “We hold these truths to be self-evident”.
