This book is a collection of 50 anecdotes written by Al-Hariri of Basra about 1100. Wikipedia: “Maqamat has been regarded as one of the greatest treasures in Arabic literature”.
That’s why I chose to do it, because it’s a good litterary reference and it may be fun to read, although there are many explicative notes.
