Missing 1st, 2nd and 3rd. p. singular aorist ind. forms of τίθημι

I’m trying to look up the aorist form of τίθημι in the Wikipedia paradigm (τίθημι - Wiktionary, the free dictionary). For the first aorist form given, the singular forms are missing and only the dual (beginning with ἔθετον) and plural forms are provided.
This probably means that the singular forms are too obvious to mention, but I’m totally baffled.

It seems that singular forms were not used.
see LSJ:

aor.1 ἔθηκα, only used in indic., and mostly in sg., for though 3pl. is common, the 1 and 2pl. are rare, X.Mem.4.2.15, (ἀν-) Hyp.Eux.9; even ἔθηκαν is very rare in early Attic, “ἀνέθηκαν” IG2.1620d, 22.2971 (both iv B.C.), but is found in Plb.8.4.4, etc.; Ep. 3pl. “θῆκαν” Il.24.795, etc.:
aor. 2 ἔθην, not used in indic. sg., whereas pl. is very common, ἔθεμεν, ἔθετε, ἔθεσαν

Great explanation, thanks!
