Wikipedia page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minim_(palaeography) (defines a minim in the handwriting sense, and) quotes “mimi numinum niuium minimi munium nimium uini muniminum imminui uiui minimum uolunt” (translated there as “the smallest mimes of the gods of snow do not wish at all in their life that the great duty of the defences of the wine be diminished”) as a text made mostly of minims, and thus difficult to handwrite legibly. I saw this text long ago in a book, which translated it as “the very small mimes of the gods of snow do not wish at all in their life that the great duty of the wine of the defences be diminished”, or similar, as if the wine was from grapes grown near the walls of Rome and the actors did not want to lose their extra pay for tending the vines.
As if Palaeography wasn’t hard enough as is!
