Is the most literal rendering of the word ἐλθούσης “came”? Or is it “having come” (if the word is a participle)?
For me seems to be a passive femenine aorist in the genitive singular, which the nominative is ἐλθοῦσα.

Yes, it´s a participle and the translation depends of the context and the function. This one is a genitive so could be a genitive absolut or a simply participle as adjetive, again all depends on the context.
