Luke 14:5

5 Et respondens ad illos dixit: “Cujus vestrum asinus, aut bos in puteum cadet, et non continuo extrahet illum die sabbati?”

Why is it cujus here?

It seems to mean something like “which of yours” (but cuius = of which or whose) or is it supposed to mean “whose…donkey or ox…” (but then how does one render the vestrum)?

Thoughts?

“Which of you’s donkey …?” (“A donkey of which of you …?”)

ok, that’s helpful! Thanks!
