Llpsi - use of genitive.

Cap 28
Section 20

…nam discipulos docebat, quorum magna turba eum sequebatur…

No macros - using mobile.

I can’t figure out that quorum. To whom/what does it refer?

quōrum refers to discipulōs and is a partitive genitive.

“Of which a great many…”?

So he had a lot of disciples, many of which followed him (as a group).

I think I’d better read it again

Paul.

nam discipulōs docēbat, quōrum magna turba eum sequēbātur

“for he taught pupils, of which a great crowd followed him”
