Learning to Speak Latin

For those who have become even somewhat adept at speaking and composing in Latin, what materials and methods do you recommend?

I know it requires diligence and patience, and I’m willing to put in the time. I have 1.5 years of university Latin, have been listening to Adler and Comenius, reading the vulgate (out loud), and I even try to speak to myself using Latin throughout the day.

Any additional help regarding method or material would be immensely helpful.
