Latin Translation - for Valentine's day

I am working on a project for Valentine’s day that involves a Latin translation of an original phrase.

Could someone please tell me how you would translate the phrase:
“would be in the palm of my hand” like you were holding something.

Also, as an aside, can someone tell me the correct translation of
“Happy Valentine’s Day.”

“in palmâ manûs sit” = “It would be in the palm of the [my] hand” or “in palmâ manûs meae sit”
“Felicem Diem Valentini!” = “Happy Valentine’s Day!” = “Felicem diem festum Sancti Valentini tibi opto!” = “I wish you a happy Feast Day of Saint Valentine!”

It is alright to say “Happy Valentine’s Day” with the same word order as English too: Felicem Valentini Diem

I like to include the “Sancti”: “Felicem diem Sancti Valentini tibi exopto!”

Replying to this thread because I made an attempt at making a Valentine’s Day card in Latin. I’ll try to think of some funny things to write on cards in the future when I get more vocabulary maybe.
