Hi all. I will be attending the Basic Program in Latin this summer, starting in June, and I am wondering whether anyone here has any impressions of or any experiences with the summer programs at the Latin/Greek Institute.
I’m just curious and excited in anticipation of its beginning in three weeks. I’ve read a couple of the posts here on Textkit written many years ago about the CUNY programs in Latin and Greek and they were helpful and also a bit nerve-racking since it does seem to be a challenging system of learning. I would love to hear more about it. Gathering from general reasoning and scraps of information on the internet, it seems like there will be about 100 students in the Basic program. I wish I knew more about what to expect.
