Salvete, folks.
I’ve been lurking for a while, but decided to finally register to take part in the enriching discussions around these parts. This forum is of great interest to me as an amateur historian and author of antiquity (with emphasis on amateur), specializing in mid to late Republican Rome, while I also on the side dabble in the study of the early Principate, the New Testament, theology, philosophy, and church history.
A love of languages also brings me here: I speak 3 fluently, nor am I incompetent when it comes to the reading of Greek and Latin. Although not incompetent, I am still trying to hone my skills and I hope to be able to produce works of my own in these languages with less difficulty in time.
Right, that’s about it. Cheers!
