ONE: how am I supposed to find how to pronounce these words, like what do the vowels sound like?
TWO: how do I say the word and, or is?
THREE: I’m working with this site to get words, but how or when do I learn how to set up the sentences? I’m nowhere near ready for that, but is there a program to learn that?
THANK YOU!

Which words? There should be a pronunciation guide at the start of your textbook.
how do I say the word and, or is?
and: et, ac, atque, -que
is: est (or sometimes sit)
Download D’Ooge here…
Page 15. You can download lots of stuff from this website in the form of .pdfs. It is in fact the major reason for this website is to allow this…

EDIT: Are we on the same wavelength here? Do you want to be more specific about what words you’re talking about? Are you talking specifically about the online vocabulary course? You could be more precise . . . you’ll confuse me otherwise
Is there any way I can look at the text book without downloading it? I use someone elses computer and the only rule is no downloading. Can someone e-mail it to me or something? Can I view it at a certain site?
Without the text book I can write the words I learned fine, but I sure as hell can’t say them. And I’m using the Daniel and Collier (SP?) beginners Latin vocab list, I get a new word every other day with a quiz.
Click on the link “open pdf in your browser”.
The thing with Latin words is that each vowel can have one of two lengths - for example, a could be pronounced as in “but” or as in “father” (British accent here). You won’t know which one it is unless you consult a dictionary. Full rules for how each length is pronounced are in the textbook (p.15), how those rules apply to individual words are in the dictionary.
You cannot learn Latin from vocabulary alone. The vocab lists are meant only as an aid to the textbooks, they do not teach you any grammar or syntax, which are the other two essential parts of learning a language. By the way, you say you are nowhere near ready to start constructing sentences, but how do you know? You should start right away if you want to learn the language
As Turp said, you do not have to download anything to the computer the view the online textbooks, unless the computer you are using does not have Adobe Acrobat or a compatible program.
