καθῆμαι: I suppose the correct accentuation should be κάθημαι.

I agree it must be a typo. LSJ, Cunliffe, and Authenrieth all have it accented as κάθημαι. Even Pharr has it accented correctly in his Vocabulary section, p. 360. Perhaps he wanted to show that it was a compounded form of ἦμαι, which is only used in the present system. In any event, κάθημαι is a proparoxytone, due to final αι being short in the present.
