Greetings! Salvete! (new user here)

Hi folks!

My Latin is very rusty and my ancient Greek is a rustier version of something that was not that great to begin with.

The wee bit of Latin I learned ages ago was via “Die Lateinische Sprache” by Werner Eisenhut. In re Greek: Later, I read some of “Die Griechische Sprache” by Hans Poeschel. Later, I turned to Pfarr’s Homeric Greek. I love languages and occasionally dip my toes into new ones here and there. Greek and Latin took a back seat for many years, but I’d like to try to reinvigorate my connection to them.

I look forward to seeing folks around here, although my participation frequently may be spotty.

Best,
Happy Electron

Welcome here! You sound a lot like me. Perpetual dabbler, rusty in many things.
