Is there a way to type in (polytonic) Greek in Android? I kind of doubt it but I’ll probably be needing some help with Lysias I (when I get to it), which in the Loeb has a very non-literal translation, and I’m stuck on my phone. Otherwise I guess I’ll have to use a transliteration with macrons and iota adscripts. Thanks!
Try Keyman. I wish there were a beta-code application.
The browser that you can use other keyboards in is horrendous: it took 15 minutes to go from the home Google screen to post a reply on Textkit, and there’s no option to change keyboards once you’re here: it’s just English. It seems that you can’t copy or cut text from the program itself to paste to a post, but I’ll have to play around with it some more. If I can figure it out – and the help button isn’t very helpful – this looks to be just the thing I’m looking for. Thanks for the suggestion.
