Final Exam on Elisions

Will the experts please confirm I’m finally scanning lines with lots of elisions properly?
I’m using the parenthesis notation to mark the vowels that I believe should be dropped. I misconstrued a consonantal “i” as a vowel in one recent attempt, and failed to properly elide the “e” on “est” in another case, both of which occur in this line (book 4, line 17).

nomina, Liber, habes. tib(i) en(im) inconsumpta iuventa (e)st

Hi Dave,
I’m not an expert, but I’ll cast my vote for your correct scansion! I think you’re mostly concerned with the reversed elision in iuventa 'st. From what I’ve read, this takes place only with es and est following a vowel in a preceding word and is known as aphaeresis, which covers a number of different “subtractions” in Greek, but in Latin, seems to just refer to dropping the first vowel or syllable in a word (as opposed to dropping the last vowel in a word through elision).
