Hello everyone,
As the subject says I want to ask if you know any books on how to improve my english writing skills, focusing mainly on academic writing skills. Although I can read fairly easy any english text, I’ve often found myself lacking confidence in my english writing skills. Since my native language is portuguese I still have some doubts on where to place commas, etc., in english. I’m going to take a Cambridge course, but I wanted to ask if you know any self-study guide or similar stuff.
