Does this look right

Orberg LLPSI Cap. XXI has:

  1. Quomodo Marcus matrem fallit?

To which I have written:

Id quod a Sexto scriptum est Marcus ipsum scriptum fuisse dicit.

I’m not sure about ‘ipsum’. Should I have written ‘se scriptum fuisse…’ Or are they both wrong / right?

Both are wrong, I reckon, pmda. “Ab ipso” it should be.
Utrum, pmda, falsum est. Magis “ab ipso”, nisi fallor.

Or you could just reword:

Mārcus dīcit sē ipsum scrīpsisse id quod Sextus scrīpsit.

Thanks. I didn’t think it was right. I was just seeing if I’d god to grips with syntax etc… clearly not yet!
