Dative plural of adjecives in -ϝεντ-

-εσι(ν) or -εισι(ν)? Smyth says -εσι(ν), but I’d expect -εντσι(ν) > -εισι(ν), and I can’t find either form with a Perseus collections search of χαρίεις.

Reading over Smyth again I noticed what I had earlier overlooked: “χαριετ- is a weak form of the stem χαριεντ-; it appears also in χαρίεσι for χαριετ-σι.” Thanks for the further evidence.
