does anyone know if there is a cursive scipt for Greek?

There is: Greek Handwriting. One or two of my older textbooks have marginalia in cursive Greek, but I almost always see print.

In the introduction of Athenaze, Volume 1, there is a discussion of how to write the greek letters, including where to start the strokes, and in what direction, for each of the letters.
