Does anyone know where I might buy the Methuen Publishing version of this or a pdf of the Methuen or (less preferably) the current Bristol/Bloomsbury version? I bought a hard copy of the Bristol/Bloomsbury, but it is in places illegible as a poor facsimile of the earlier Methuen, which is supposedly much cleaner. Although a number of US libraries have the Methuen, given that it’s a prose composition book and an excellent reference work, I’d like my own fully legible copy. Thanks.
