No. AcI. Accusativus cum infinitivo. It’s a construction used to introduce an indirect statement, like you have in those two sentences. E.g. “I am happy THAT you are awake”; such statements in English are introduced by the word “that”. The subject of the clause goes into the accusative case and the verb into the infinitive.
