Can you use the word 'coram" in a question?

“Livia adest. Rufus est domi coram Livia.
Non decet lutulari coram matre Sexti et Drusillae.”

Who is Rufus in front of? In whose presence is Rufus? Whose presence is Rufus in?
Quo/qua coram est Rufus?
In whose presence is it not proper to be covered in mud?
Quibus coram non decet lutulari?

And why if coram takes the ablative, do I see coram te, and coram me

If you can use it in a statement you can use it in a question.

coram
estne Rufus coram X, an Y?
estne Rufus solus, an coram X?
Quis est coram Rufo?
Rufo nudo, quis in triclinio est coram puero parvo?
etc

coram quo? would also work, yes.
