Brief translation help, please

I’m hoping I’m at least close with these:

“With wine comes friends”

Cum vino ventant amicos

and

“brothers forever” or “brothers always”

Semper frateri

Please let me know if, or how badly, I’ve screwed up.

Thanks

Cum vino amici veniunt

Just because a noun comes after the verbs doesn’t mean it’s the object. It is the freinds who are doing the coming - therefore they are the subjects

Semper fratres

I think frater, -tris is a third declension masculine noun, declining like pater, patris
