Artistry and being emphatic

good afternoon,

HIC (the nearer) is defined in my text book as not as emphatic as words like
ILLE (that, the farther).

Would you consider empahtic in the artistry of the roman language to be seen
in HIC being simple with an english tone such as:

its here! (HIC)

vs

Look! Look! its that! I’m telling you its that!

Would you consider this an emotional demonstration of what
‘emphatic’ means.

I may be overworking this topic, but I would think the answer
is simply

‘Yes’

thank you so much

yes or no?

in a single word

thank you

Your question is too muddled, blutoonwithcarrotandnail, in my opinion. Maybe someone else can answer yes or no.
Obscurior, canorcaerulecarotâclavoque, tua quaestio, meâ mente. Forsit alius per immo vel sanè tibi respondere poterit.
