Any other good Latin forums?

Are there any other good Latin forums like this one? There’s one on phrasebase, but it’s pretty much inactive.

What more could you be looking for? Of course, there are no other places like this, but I do know that those’s blokes across the pond at the BBC have set up the “hitchhiker’s guide to the galaxy 2” and it contains:

A Latin Department,
Some Handy Latin Phrases,
and
Conversations

The only really active ones other than this that I know of (and I have searched many times) are the mailing list [u]Latin-L[/u] and the [u]Nuntii Latini forums[/u].

Interesting sites, Benissime, but they don’t have Textkit’s excellent download opportunities :laughing: Listening to the news in Latin from Nuntii Latini was, btw, difficult but fun! :smiley:

Unilang has a lot of forums, from a general ‘Language forum’ to a number of language-specific forums, including Latin. The Latin part is not too active, but the community itself is really nice (in my humble and heavily biased opinion :slight_smile:).

The main purpose of the UniLang Community is to provide a home for everybody interested in any aspect of language(s) or linguistics. We try to bring together everybody who wants to talk about languages, linguistics, literature, culture, translation, communication etc.
