Hello,
I have often browsed this forum for the past few months without making any posts and have learned quite a bit from those who frequently post in the Greek forum and from reading older posts. There comes a time, though, when observing fails to be production and participation is required.
A short autobiography:
I am currently enrolled in an Undergraduate program in Canada majoring in Classics and minoring in Medieval Studies and Philosophy. I have two years of Greek experience and none of Latin. This upcoming year I am studying abroad in Wales and will be continuing my Greek and beginning Latin. I plan to return to Canada to finish my degree and getting a fourth year of Greek and a second of Latin. I volunteer at a university museum of Antiquities.
My academic goals are to pursue a Masters in Greek or Classics as well as one in Medieval Studies. Beyond that depends on, of course, my abilities but I would like to achieve a doctorate in Classics.
I am actively trying to improve my Greek and hope that being an active member of Textkit can contribute to that goal.
