Alcib 107b

ἐάν τέ γε σμικρὸς ἢ μέγας ᾖ, ἐάν τε καλὸς ἢ αἰσχρός, ἔτι τε γενναῖος ἢ ἀγεννής.
be he small or tall, handsome or ugly, or even noble or base. Can we translate this eti as even?

Just reading your quoted chunk, I would have understood something like: Whether he is short or tall, whether he is pretty or ugly, it still remains to know whether he is noble or base.
