Acharnians 373 - grammar of καὶ δίκαια κἄδικα?

τούς τε γὰρ τρόπους
τοὺς τῶν ἀγροίκων οἶδα χαίροντας σφόδρα,
ἐάν τις αὐτοὺς εὐλογῇ καὶ τὴν πόλιν
ἀνὴρ ἀλαζὼν καὶ δίκαια κἄδικα:

I understand they’re neuter plural adjectives, and I’ve seen them translated as ‘rightly and wrongly/truly and falsely’ - are they internal accusatives?

Aren’t they simply neuter adjectives with an adverbial force? This is pretty common.
