Is the ἥ here the possessive pronoun adjective? i.e. “For a tent was prepared, the first one, in which [was] its lampstand and table and etc.”

No, it’s just the article modifying λυχνία. Though it’s normally proclitic, ἥ here has an acute accent because it’s followed by the enclitic particle τε.
