A useful font?

The terms of the license are actually a bit puzzling, but I think it’s safe to say that if you keep electronic documents for yourself using both Greek and Latin scripts, this might be a useful font to have around: “The Brill” Typeface.

Normally I’m an “all Gentium all the time” guy, but I expect to slough off this mortal coil before there is ever a bold Greek face for that family.

The Linux Libertine fonts are another collection of similarly useful fonts. They’re open source, and they have full support for the Latin and Greek alphabets, as well as IPA and a whole bunch more. Plus I think they look really nice.
