λέγεταί τε καὶ γράφεται τέχνῃ, λέγεται δὲ καὶ περὶ δημηγορίας: ἐπὶ πλέον δὲ οὐκ ἀκήκοα.
the commentaries say that these passives are impersonal like Latin pugnatur. I don’t think so, because for one thing, such a construction would be unnatural in Greek; also, Smyth mentions in 1751 only impersonal passives from intr verbs like dedektai. I think that here logos must be understood as the subject.
