I minored in Greek at Liberty University. It is there I got the bug for the original languages. I later repeated my Greek studies and took Hebrew at Reformed Theological Seminary, Washington DC. I also TA’d for the Greek professor there for a couple of years, taught some classes, and tutored Greek.
In recent years, I have been trying to find creative and God honoring ways to apply technology to the church. The first example of that is building the Koine Guide platform, which takes advantage of AI models to provide real time translation feedback on user’s translations from the Greek.
My goal is to build tools that equip the church to exercise their exegetical skills in working with and communicating God’s word more effectively for the Glory of God and the good of others.
